Prue Leith is a restaurateur, chef, caterer, television presenter and cookery writer. She began her food empire as a party and event caterer before opening Leith's, a Michelin-starred restaurant in Notting Hill. She then went on to found Leith's School of Food and Wine, where many professional chefs and amateur cooks have trained. She is currently a judge on The Great British Bake Off.
