Having been raised in Germany, where everybody seems to make their own hams and sausages, I always had an interest in Charcuterie. But above all, I love eating it and was delighted to be invited to judge at these Awards...
Anton was the Head Chef at the Savoy for 21 years. He also had a share in Restaurant St Quentine in Knightsbridge and Great Hallingbury Manor Hotel in Bishop's Stortford. He is the Consultant to House of Lords, Lords Cricket Ground and the Arch Hotel in London.
