Launched by husband and wife team, Susie & Steven Anderson in 2017, East Coast Cured specialise in the production of slow-cured Scottish meats.

Combining contemporary flavours with methods from the best of European artisanal tradition they cut, smoke, cure, and slow mature all products by hand at their Edinburgh workshop.

East Coast Cured works directly with Scottish producers to source the finest, locally reared produce. Selecting from the best of Scotland’s larder, they create a range of award-winning charcuterie for people who love good food.
