What's Happening...
This year we’ve launched the World Charcuterie Awards, the only Global Awards for Charcuterie.
With over 400 products entered from 17 countries – it’s a great start.
Judging Week opens on Monday 21 August and ends late afternoon on Friday 25 August and takes place at the Billingsgate Kitchen located in Billingsgate Market.

As Charcuterie becomes increasingly popular, it's far more challenging to understand, recognise, and buy good quality products. Our Awards can solve these dilemmas though its Medals.

Our Head Judge - Keith Fisher
Keith has worked within the meat industry for all of his working life and is a fourth-generation butcher in his family. He began his career working in an abattoir at the tender age of fifteen. Over the last fifty years, he has accrued an incomparable level of expertise in the meat industry. We are delighted to have him sharing some of his knowledge with our illustrious judging panel.
