Results

It’s been a bit of whirlwind….but the team and I are delighted that World Charcuterie Awards 2023 have been launched, judged and now – it’s time for the RESULTS

Over 400 products from 17 countries entered this year’s inaugural Awards with over 40 Judges – Charcuterie Experts – gathered together during judging week to taste, consider and mark the products.

To ensure complete fairness and integrity, all judging samples are judged blind and awarded marks for taste, length of flavour, mouth feel, appearance, tradition or innovation.
