Our Ambassadors
A warm welcome to our Charcuterie Ambassadors.
As The World Charcuterie Awards go global…so will we be working with our Ambassadors – Charcuterie Experts from all over the World.
Led by Keith Fisher, our Head Judge, the team and I are confident that we have a robust judging system in place and we are excited by the growing number of judges who have agreed to take part.
The next stage is to ensure that the reach of the World Charcuterie Awards spreads far and wide and that the best producers – whether from Australia, Canada, USA, France, Italy, Germany or Spain – hear about the Awards and are encouraged to enter.
This is why Ambassadors are so important. Highly knowledgeable, respected by their peers and passionate about Charcuterie, they will introduce the producers from their country to us – and us to them!
Our Ambassadors are true Charcuterie Enthusiasts. If you are interested in joining the ranks, please email me with your details including your passion for Charcuterie, and the country in which you are based. Or, if you know someone, pass on the recommendation. Finally, if you know any producers that you think should enter the Awards, please email me with their details.

Tom Mueller
New Zealand

Tom is truly passionate about Charcuterie. “It started over 20 years ago when I was harvesting wild game and looking for ways to savour it, I started dry curing and cold smoking both wild and farmed meat”.
Eatcuredmeat.com is Tom’s must-go-to site for any Charcuterie enthusiast. Based in New Zealand, he shares online his adventures and has developed one of the most extensive meat-curing and -smoking sites in the World or as he puts it, “the Magic of Salting, Smoking & Curing”. Here he also runs online meat curing courses.
